AuThenTic Wines BORN From Mount ETna's Volcanic SouL

our WINERY

On the northern slopes of Mount Etna we follow our family’s long-standing tradition of growing and producing Etna DOC wine with passion and dedication. Etna’s volcanic soil is in constant transformation, shaped by eruptions and lava flows, creating a dynamic and ever-changing terroir. Combined with the significant temperature variation between day and night and the unique climate of the northern slopes and the high altitude of our wineyards (650msl to almost 1000msl), these natural elements provide the perfect conditions for exceptional grape quality. Sun-ripened and hand-selected, our grapes allow us to produce outstanding wines that embody the essence of this extraordinary land.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Handcrafted And ORGANICALLY GROWN ExCellence

Our philosophy is driven by a profound love and deep respect for this unique environment. We are dedicated to honoring Mount Etna’s identity—shaped by its extreme climate and ever-changing volcanic landscape—by cultivating only indigenous grape varieties (especially Nerello Mascalese and Carricante) and working in complete harmony with nature.

Each vine reflects the essence of its terroir, and through meticulous manual cultivation and organically certificed practices we strive to achieve optimal ripeness and the highest grape quality, the very foundation of our wines. Rooted in rich traditions yet open to modern insights, we take a delicate approach in the cellar, allowing our wines to express the purest character of their varieties and the distinctive soul of Etna.

OUR WINES

What They say about us...

Press

James Suckling 2024 (Etna Bianco): “Intense broom-flower aroma, smoky minerality with whiffs of toast. Soaked in lemon pulp this has full body and concentration with silky texture and delicate, refreshing acidity (…)”
